Eligibility

• Government-issued ID and tourism license verified by our admin team.
• Minimum 1 year of guiding experience.
• Fluent in at least one major language.

Service Standards

• Punctuality at the agreed meeting point.
• Honest, respectful conduct.
• Adherence to the booked itinerary, with reasonable flexibility.
• Customer safety as the first priority.

Commission

BookMyGuide retains a 15% platform fee on every confirmed booking. The remaining amount is credited to your earnings.

Payouts

Earnings are paid out weekly to the verified bank account on file. Payouts may take 1–3 business days to reach your account.

Cancellations by Guide

Excessive last-minute cancellations may result in account suspension or removal.

Account Suspension

Grounds include: fake reviews, dishonest pricing, inappropriate conduct, repeated cancellations, or any violation of local law.
