Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before the tour: 90% refund
• 24–72 hours before the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Guide Cancellations

If a guide cancels, you receive a 100% refund immediately. The guide may face account penalties.

Force Majeure

For cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions), we offer full refunds or rescheduling at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund

• Cancel from My Bookings in your account, or
• Email support@bookmyguide.com with your booking ID.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
